I am building an app to display, print and otherwise manipulate PDFs.
The user will have the ability to import a PDF into the application,
at which point I would like to index the text in it. Ideally, also
track which page the text was on.
Does anyone know of a way to do that from within REALbasic, on both
Mac and Windows? Also if there is any way to control the PDF display,
such as scrolling to a particular page, or executing a search within
Acrobat?
I would prefer not to require Quicktime on Windows, but would
consider it if that helps.
