Stephen,
Some users sporadically reported a similar weird problem: selecting the
Undo command opened the Quick Reference, which is the first item of the
Help menu. Needless to say we have never been able to reproduce it, like
all glorious bugs.
The app is Mach-O, compiled with RB2005r4, but the project was started
in RB 4, I think, and moved across the various updates over the years.
