I've got a sample project I did a while ago that implements something

I've found a few on the web, but most failied a and/or b.
If you use a Dot or Circle as a value indicator, you can just
create the knob with two different images... moving the dot gives
the impression that the knob is moving, but in reality you are just
repositioning the dot depending on the value.
