Thanks as Charles did get a hold of me and I have the PDF file, and its
GREAT! work on Charles part. I too love REAL books more the pdf files, but
I do know it cost money to make books now a days.
After reading some of Charles book, I think I am over my head with trying to
do VB to RB as I have a USB I/O device that is in VB and I want to code it
to RB. There is a DLL file (USBIO.DLL) and a Basic code in VB (USBVB.BAS),
but there are lots of API calls in the VB code which I am no way near ready
to figure out.
Is their anyone out there that knows VB better then I do that would like to
see if they can convert it to RB? I think all I need is the basic code
converted so I can continue on as I understand RB but not VB, and the
thought of learning yet another language is not something I look forward to.
