Why in the world are you still using R1? R2 has been out for
months, and I don't think anyone who paid for R1 would fail to
qualify for R2... Not that I think this bug will be gone in R2,
but it's certainly worth checking.
For similar reasons to why some folks are still using 5.5.5.
There may be bugs in the new version that prevent him from moving to
it that are not in the release he is using, the plan may have expired
between releases, or any number of other issues.
It's one reason I'm always curious about what the current
distribution of actual version usage is (not sales)
There may be 100,000 licenses sold, but how many are in use and what
versions ?
