Invoking the LoadURL or LoadPage methods on a subclass of HTMLViewer on
Windows causes a hard crash.
Not sure when this problem began - worked fine in 2005r4. (Never got far
enough trying to get project into 2006r1 or r2 to see this) Works fine
on Mac.
