One way is to use a MenuItem subclass for the items appended at
runtime in which the Action and EnableMenu events are implemented.
Also, you can add menu handlers for items that don't exist at compile
time. Then when you add a menu item, you can set the name property;
when this item is chosen, it will find the menu handler.
