You can't tell that. They may be paying large amounts of attention to these crashing bugs, and simply haven't yet found a solution they can ship. Or they may be paying no attention at all. The fact that they haven't been fixed yet doesn't say anything about which is the case. I too hope that they find solutions soon to these bugs, but claiming that RS is asleep at the wheel is not going to help.
