There's nothing much faster than that, but there may be some tricks you're not aware of. First, be sure to turn on Show Control Order so you can see all of them at once. Second, you can select multiple controls, and move them all at once by entering a new ControlOrder property -- all the selected controls will be put together, in their preexisting relative order, at the specified control order position (or as close to it as possible).
