Working OK here, and faster than r4. I have the entire Einhugur and MBS suite in there, as well as yours. Only thing I might suggest is to check if you have any "old" (non-.rbx) plugins still lying about in there. On the Einhugur stuff, ensure that #CoreClasses and #TypeLib are current.

Also, I've found RB's memory use to really jump during plugin precompiling, much more so than with normal builds (where the memory leak has been oft-discussed here.) Good thing I have 2 GB to play with. If you're not doing this already, trying building the plugins with some tiny "Hello World" project, into which you've just dragged, say, an Einhugur Stylegrid.

Now that I think about it, though, I last rebuilt plugins with the last final candidate beta, and not with the new official release. Hope I'm not in for a surprise :-P
