My experience is local a well and VB + Crystal supplanted PB rapidly here Less than 3 years and PB was no longer even on the "wanted list" of skills for most of the major IT head hunters here any more VB. Access, SQL Server and Oracle rapidly took over although Sybase DBA experience remained valuable
