Mayne a bit off topic, but AFAIK Mac OS X Server contains a non-GPL
license for mySQL.

I don't know the licensing details of MySQL on OSX Server (even
though we have numerous XServes) but when I raised the situation of
running a commercial RB app on an existing MySQL/XServe install they
(MySQL) basically said I still need to buy a license.
