As usual, your advice worked. Those guys in Austin should be paying you as an ambassador.

I haven't been paying that much attention to the news since I decided not to go to work today, but I thought I heard once that Austin has more snow than Fort Worth today.

I have the following code in the paint event of a canvas. Knob2 is a
pict that has been imported to the project. When I run the project,
nothing shows up. What am I doing wrong?

Dim pmo As New PixmapShape

   pmo.Image = knob2
   pmo.Width = g.Width
   pmo.Height = g.Height
   g.DrawObject pmo, g.Width\2, g.Height\2

Check your SourceWidth and SourceHeight properties. You might expect
these to be automatically set to knob2.width and knob2.height when you
assign knob2 to Image, but IIRC, this doesn't happen. So by default,
you're drawing a zero-by-zero area of the source image.
