Elsewhere in RB things like canvases display the same icon/mask information
consistently across platforms. These platform differences can be resolved
internally by RB and should be.

Can you share the easy work around? Coming from a Mac centric development
environment, I've not been successful in creating useful monochromatic masks
for my windows icons.
