I found that Ton Brand's report below matched an icon problem I
observed in Vista. It is bloody ugly. I urge you to sign on.

Description
Ton Brand on 2006-11-01
When a project is compiled to Windows, the resuling application does
not show a proper icon on Windows Vista. It seems that the 32x32 icon
is just blown up, making it blurry and ugly. What should happen is
what REALbasic does when compiling to Mac OS X, creating an ICNS icon
set, but now for Windows Vista.
