This would work if it wasn't a styled EditField that I needed: mixed
font sizes and styles. This only works with the very simple fixed
line height single font layouts, but great suggestion, thanks Norman!
Anyone else have any ideas?

Not sure but if you put styled text into a PDFText can it tell you
how big tall it will be if you tell it how wide to make it ?

I thought perhaps using CharPosAtXY but this doesn't marry printing
DPI with screen resolution, I see inaccuracies in this process.
Any ideas?
