So this REALLY begs the question, why do you have an English forum and not for the other languages?
Or conversely why do you have French and German mailing lists and don't offer that same capability to your English speaking customers?
If you wanted to consolidate things and bring consistency then clearly you should have KILLED THE FORUM, and you would then have nice mailing lists for all languages.
