That means every time someone posts a question, he has to explicitly
add a tag in the subject?
I think it's not reliable; I may forget more than once to specify the
tag I should put (not to speak about the time to search for a list of
suggested tags).
In the other hand, if that means having a system that adds these
tags, I can't understand how it could be more reliable either.
I don't completely understand the principle.

I think that's a good idea. Maybe that could also be applied to
postings
eventually forwarded from the forum to here.

How about something like [Games]
in the subject to help tag the text?
Well, in the interest of being diplomatic, one could start with the
categories on the forums:
1. General
2. Getting Started
3. Networking
4. Databases
5. Visual Basic to REALbasic Conversion
6. Games
7. Plugins
8. Teach With REALbasic
Might look like:
1. (no tag needed)
2. [Beginner] (or something shorter?)
3. [Network]
4. [DB]
5. [VB]
6. [Games]
7. [Plugin]
8. [Teach]
