Does the pgSQL4RB require registration with every distributed app
installation? Site wasn't real clear on what Registration meant.
No. If you want to distribute unlimited different RB apps then the pro
license for $370 USD covers that. If you do not require console
connectivity then the standard license for $340 USD would do.
Unlimited distribution of one RB application is $90 USD.
You can buy an inhouse-one app for $50 USD for testing / demo or just
use the demo license.

These should be Euros, not US Dollars. Otherwise Keith is right:
there are no royalties. You pay a one time license that suits your
needs, starting from EUR 50, and that's it.
