You use Graphics.StringWidth to measure the width of the string.  You
need a Graphics object for this, but pretty much any one will do; use
the Window's Graphics property if none other is convenient.

Well its almost there. It cuts off just bit. Not perfect yet.
Maybe I've missed something.
