On Windows, when a row is selected in a ListBox, not only is the row
highlighted, but a dotted border is drawn around the selected row.  It's
sort of like a focus ring.  Maybe it *is* a focus ring of sorts?  Anyway...

This border seems to be placed there to show the user the last row that was
clicked.  Clicking in an empty space in the ListBox deselects the row, but
this border is still there.  If you select a row programmatically, the row
you changed to is selected, but, yes...the other border still exists on the
previously select row.

I'm not sure of the reasoning behind this, but I want it gone!

Does anyone know what this border is called or how to get rid of it?
