Ok would a easier way be to display a dialog box telling the user to
put there music files in a certain directory?

In the old days, you had to "import" CD audio files to play them.
These days, though, I believe they show up as ordinary AIFF files.
Just copy those files to your folder using FolderItem methods and
then load them into something like a MoviePlayer to play them.
Sorry for adding to the confusion. The filetype seen on the CD
when you open it in Finder is AIFF, not WAV. A quick test here
with the latest QT Pro shows the song files on the CD. I was able
to use the file copy examples in teh RB docs to copy them to the
harddrive. They are BIG, however... :).
