Hi, I have the intention to write a CD-ROM based RB app for a Catalogue of Products. As, per experience, I know some of my customers don't have the right to install my ".exe" on their Hard disk, therefore I need the catalogue to work from the CD-ROM. Customers, need to Ppen, Browse/Search/Sort the Database. My concern is to know what are the object/method/class/ that won't work if running from a Read-Only support. Any input about best practice for this kind of app is much appreciated.
