Except that my way, it's more like a co-op for RB programmers that share the frustration of a particular bug wherein they can pool their financial resources, rather than have to duke it out all alone. And I hope this "Directed Engineering Services" isn't just Wally in the restroom with a cell phone, a cup of coffee, and a newspaper, all the while trying to avoid the intern, the PHB, and Alice on a rampage with her fist-of-death! (sorry Dilbert fans, just couldn't resist!)
