Howdy, I haven't used the SMTP stuff in RB yet, but I know that when I use PHP to send emails I usually have to wrap the lines. You can play around with it, because I don't recall the exact number, but I believe wrapping the lines at 70 characters should work. Again, I honestly don't know if this is what is happening in your application, but it's worth a shot.
