RB200x definitely has various problems reading resource files. I couldn't get a good Mach-O build if I included ANY resource files. I got failed assertions instead. Never could find a workaround, so I just deleted all my resource files and found other ways to get my images and icons. FWIW Resources worked fine in my PEP apps up through 2006r4, haven't tried them in 2007.
