I am currently watching a bug report for an item that has already been
fixed. The item is not marked as fixed on RB feedback system.  What is the
best way to make them aware of this?

RB5.5.5 and a mostly unused copy of 2006r2.
WinXP, 2.2 GHz, 2G RAM
