DVD are the cheapest media to produce, we do it for conventions all the time. people that go in person, go because they can meet others. having the conferences taped would be such and awesome resource.
tell you what, if we can get RS to authorize it, My crew can record all the sessions live, produces printed materials and sell the entire sessions giving RS a cut and not loosing attendance. The level and class of a conference is raised when recorded and attendance is actually raised also.
