I can figure out how to draw text on a canvas, but I can-
not figure out how to make a cursor blink and how to handle
selecting text. (Once text is selected, I think it's a matter of
redrawing the selection with the appropriately colored back-
ground in order to highlight it.) Can you enlighten me how
to do so?
