That's about what I'm seeing, though sometimes it seems to take even longer than that. As a test, I removed all my plug-ins (I have about 10), and restarted. It took nearly 3 minutes! I put back the plug- ins, and it took about 2 minutes. 2007r1 starts in about 20 seconds.
While it is "starting," the splash screen is displayed' the progress wheel is displayed, but not moving. The splash screen does not refresh, and RB is consuming 15-25% of the CPU doing whatever it's doing.
