Try this:

1) open a new project.
2) create a new class.
3) add a new method (call it test)
4) add another new method (call it test but add a parameter s as  
string for instance)
5)select the first method, and delete it

RB just deleted the wrong method!

This isn't a big issue in a blank project, but in a big project, you  
could wipe out the wrong method and not notice it for a bit, possibly  
wasting hours of work.

There also seems to be a problem where a similar thing can in the  
project pane where whole classes can be inadvertently deleted (though  
I've not reduced that one yet).

This happens on OS X with 2007r2
