Actually, I think I figured it out. That is typical. Just when I submit a question to the NUG, I find the answer.
Apparently "Global" has become a reserved word. I had a class property named "Global" which was causing the problem. If you create a new project, define a new class, and attempt to name a new property "Global," RB will reject it. I was slow in seeing the common denominator of my syntax errors.
