As far as I know, the XQL is passed directly to the underlying Sablotron lib, so RB would be as "spec compliant" as Sablotron, which has been pretty accurate in my experience. As far as your issue, i am pretty sure its 1-based and not 0-based, so the behavior you are seeing is correct.
