It's only been in the last few days that I've realized "duh - retain items I'm keeping track of". I've been running into problems with OS X releasing toolbaritems which I'm maintaining an array of. I can't loop back and remove them, because they've been released and I can't get any info on them. A retain statement will allow me to release them on my own time.
Really, it's my own stupidity, because I do this kind of stuff all the time in Cocoa. -- Thom McGrath, <http://www.thezaz.com/> "You realize you've created God in your own image when God hates all the same people you do."
