I've made some for anyone who wants them.
They are on http://www.great-white-software.com/
Note they are in US Central time zone so you may need to alter your
time zone support settings in iCal for them to show correctly when
you get to Austin.
You can enabled time zone support in iCal in Preferences > Advanced >
Turn on Time Zone Support
Download the files and unzip
Double click each one (or open them all at the same time)
When prompted for which calendar to add events to select "New
Calendar" and there will be 4 new calendars
REALWorld - for general events (keynotes, lunches, windup)
Sessions A - Track I sessions
Sessions B - Track II sessions
Sessions C - Track III sessions
