Safari (by enabling the debug menu) and Firefox (using an extension)
have the option to change the user agent.

For enabling the Safari Debug menu, the easiest way is using the
Terminal and type:
defaults write com.apple.Safari IncludeDebugMenu 1

Several utilities, like Onyx for example, also have the option to
enable the Safari debug menu (they execute the shell command when you
save the new setting).
