go look at the number of open bug reports. A large part of the bias probably also comes from the fact that the nearest previous equivalent, the page/tab-panel controls, have been flaky for years. Put in the category of "very useful but try before committing a design to depend on it" which honestly should be the approach used for ANYTHING of complexity.
