Hi people, I know I've been guilty of a lot of this, and so have most of the regulars on the list ;) Which is saying a lot of opinion about REALbasic.
I haven't used REALbasic seriously for new major projects for a few years, and REALbasic has changed and improved a lot since. So whatever opinions I may have formed of REALbasic all those years ago, however I may feel I've been bitten in the past... that may not be true anymore. Mainly, my main old grievance with REALbasic was it's editfield, which I don't think has improved. Does it now support editing and "syntax styling" large files, quickly and nicely, even as well as Apple's TextEdit does? Do built apps have stability issues? Or have they been ironed out? I'm more interested in people who have tried, or managed to make medium/big apps, let's say more complex than my "XML Editor" app. (which isn't that complex once you get past the XML parser/render and DTD validator and graphical editor which I wrote myself, the rest is a lot of management of windows and utilities surrounding the XML).
