Actually, Windows has no problem producing alpha per window as long as 
you are using Windows 2000 and on. About OverlayWindows, I have no idea 
as I dont know about support on Windows. Hence the reason for the statement.

Since I know how to do it in VB, I will post that for your pleasure. ;)

then on the event

Now if Charles would translate that for you? (we keep this under a 
ActiveX component or DLL Library so that we dont have to code this in RB 
or any other app we develop.)
