XML parsing

Can RB's XML parser parse this?  If not, then what can?

     jobSpecification = {
         name = "progress demo 1";
         taskSpecifications = {
             0 = {arguments = ("agent app.pl", "-xgrid", 1, 10);  
command = "/usr/bin/perl"; };
         };
     };
}
