Hello, folks - Is there a reasonably straight forward to get 24 hour time representation cross-platform? I am NOT talking about UTC, just local time in 24 hour format.
I know that there are some odd things that happen near midnight that require some games to be played. it would be nice if there is a way that has already been worked out.
