If that's the case, i.e. erratic behaviour, I would definitely report  
it as such. They will probably need an example that could reproduce  
it though. If they can't, it will get closed.

You must also understand that methods that are close to the stack  
limit should be re-factored anyway. There's usually a speed  
improvement associated with it as well.
