Well, I jumped the gun on PrintWindow, because that just captures one 
window reference at a time. Seemed labor intensive, and the screen 
capture from the WFS is so awesome. I did, however narrow down where the 
flicker happens. Whenever BitBlt is called the cursor flickers, and 
parts of some apps flicker. Using that I found that the mouse flicker is 
caused by combining the flags SRCCOPY and CAPTUREBLT. Using just SRCCOPY 
alleviates the cursor flicker. The drawback is that apps with layered 
alpha effect windows still flicker AND the alpha components aren't captured.

Any other thoughts?
