Worse, it doesn't work -- a ProgressBar on Mac needs to be continuously
updated (it has a sort of pulsing waveform that scrolls by, like a Star
Trek warp drive, to show that the app isn't frozen).  That's why I
picked that control in particular -- it's one of the harder cases.

One might notice that progress bars don't animate in the window editor
in the IDE.  I think that's fine for a window editor, but not
acceptable for most other apps.

I suppose you could use a Timer to try to continuously update the
controls, but I don't expect that would work very well.

Any other ideas?  Anyone?
