I'm finding on Vista two peculiar behaviors with RB's IDE that I didn't
see under XP:

1) I use two monitors. I typically open a project in RB by clicking on
the .RBP file. The project window keeps opening up on my primary
monitor, despite my moving the IDE to the secondary monitor, maximizing
it, and saving the project from that monitor location. My recollection
from XP was that RB stored the last location of the IDE when it shut
down (or was it when the project was saved?)

2) When I UNCheck the "Floating Properties Pallette" option, the
Properties Pallette disappears entirely. My recollection from XP was
that it attached itself to one of the sides of IDE window.

Anyone else seeing these, or are these features user error?
