I was trying to hook into the REALbasic font handling by:

1. Create a Picture Object 1x1 pixel,
2. Set the font
3. Get the HDC from the Picture Object Graphics
4. Get the HFONT from the HDC
5. Get the LOGFONT from the FONT

Now I create my own font from the FONT.

The purpose of it was supposed to be able to be consistent with REALbasic font size, and to be able to map System font correctly depending on if its Windows XP, Vista or something else.

The only problem is that my logic above does not work.

So my question is, does REALbasic not set the font on the HDC until it draws a text ? If so then does it take it it back right after drawing a text ?
