An event defined with an unknown type at plugin load time will be
ignored. No error. A bug in RB?

In this case the event returned a htmlviewer which RB doesn't know
before loading the htmlviewer plugin.

Sad, that RB does not handle that correctly.

PS: I won't fill a bug report as a fix won't help me.
