Dave's template is currently the best for starting your plugin project.
 Highly recommended.
I, as others, am totally dumbfounded by RS's neglect of this very important
aspect of RB program development.  They should maintain a fully functional,
up to date, step by step example project (Xcode + RB) showing users how to
create plugins.

To this day, I still don't know how to debug a plugin, tho there have been
many discussions and convoluted solutions - this should be a one (OK, maybe
2 at most...) step procedure. This should be made easy by RS, and fully
documented.

There are operations in C that you just can't do efficiently in RB (and this
also puzzles me, but this is another topic altogether).
