those who want to use the equity in their property as a checkbook.
Understand you may never have to use this but it's nice to have just
for those emergency purposes. The second is what we call Smart Pay �
Equity Builder and you would automatically qualify because you would
have a mortgage. This will reduce your 30-year rate effectively from
1.5 to 2 points and build equity much quicker (Equity Builder); also
it will have your mortgage paid between 17-21 years instead of 30
years.
