We want to trade a $200k equity note on a Lodge in British Columbia, Canada for a down payment on an income producing property or thriving business.
All properties considered North of the Mexican border. Owner financing on the trade property is preferred but not absolutely nessecary.
Open to any price range as long as income carries the cost. B and C properties considered, but with no major rehab needed. At least 80% occupancy for multiple unit dwellings. Management intensive properties also considered. We are relatively open.
